Hollywood, FLI have been coming here for my 2010 BMW 328 for years. They do great work. Luis is really nice and honest. They take pics and show you things that need fixing similar to the BMw dealership. I like that. I also had a sticky door handle on the inside and Luis was able to replace that. Car repairs aren’t cheap and they aren’t here either but at least it’s good work and they give a nice warranty on their work also.

Never ever had a bad experience. Anything you need done to your Mercedes, Luis and his team will get it done. 2026 UPDATE Professionalism and Service has not changed!!! Called and spoke with Servicr Rep Mateo, explained to him I had a message that came on the dash, he explained what it meant and what could happen. I needed a service as well. He got me in the next day. My car was serviced as I waited and got some work done. Mateo and Luis, checked on me for the time I was there. While waiting a young man came in asking Luis to tell/show him how to do something on his car....He did, no charge. That's character!!! Everything was taken care of on my car and I was happy at the end of the day. Side note: I've popped up at German Vehicle for things, that Luis would call simple; and he didn't charge me. Me: let me give the service guy something...and i would. Is your mechanic like this? I'll say it again, if you're looking for a shop to service your vehicle and someone who has integrity and character. Check out German Vehicle and the Crew.

German Vehicle Service Inc is my preferred shop because Mr. Luis, his staff and Tech personnel Pay Attention to Small Details and they have a lot of Product Knowledge. We have a 13 year old C300 Benz, I promise my wife that whenever the Odometer got to 100.000 miles GVS would be my repairs and services Go-To. All my repairs After 100K miles have been handled in a Satisfactory manner. Mr. Luis is Always in The I Wil Help You Mode.
